He has extensive experience in taxation, tax inquiries and tax settlements through tax tribunals and ADR processes. He has in-depth knowledge of estate planning for CGT & IHT. He is also experienced in accounts, financial audits, and budgeting for companies.

Shahabuddin is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) & Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Shahabuddin’s current client types ranging from telecom, construction, IT, real estate, telecom infrastructure and retail. He has in-depth knowledge of advising clients on setting up UK branches for foreign entities. He is an expert on advising on dual taxation for UK and Bangladesh.
